We bid and hold small, recurring federal service contracts: facilities support, janitorial and grounds, electrical, plumbing and HVAC maintenance, and specialty scopes that fit the same shape. We manage the contract. Licensed, insured, locally based trade partners do the hands-on work under our direction, and Market Mix is responsible to the government for schedule, quality, safety, reporting and invoicing. The contracting officer has one point of contact and one company to hold accountable.

Specialty maintenance. We also pursue requirements where the buyer needs a qualified performer coordinated and held accountable rather than a large firm: industrial coatings and tank repainting, indoor firing-range cleaning and maintenance, laboratory and facility equipment preventive maintenance, and similar recurring scopes.
Market Mix holds the contract, carries the insurance, manages the schedule and invoices the government. Subcontractors answer to us; we answer to you.
Every trade partner is checked before its quote enters our price: state license where required, certificate of insurance naming Market Mix as additional insured, references, written capacity confirmation. Two qualified performers per trade, so no single vendor is a single point of failure.
We price against historical awards on USAspending.gov, not guesses. Wage determinations, reporting and invoicing requirements are read before we quote.
Limitations on subcontracting (FAR 52.219-14, 13 CFR 125.6) are tracked on every set-aside award. We invoice through the contract's designated system: WAWF, IPP, or as the contract specifies.
Market Mix LLC is a Texas limited liability company wholly owned and controlled by Michael D. Crews, a service-disabled veteran with a 70% service-connected rating.
Until VetCert is issued, Market Mix competes on Total Small Business set-asides and unrestricted awards. We do not represent SDVOSB set-aside eligibility before the certification is in hand.
If you do good work and would rather not deal with SAM.gov, PIEE, wage determinations and federal invoicing, we should talk. Market Mix primes the requirement and brings in licensed local performers. You quote us your normal commercial price for the job. We handle the solicitation, the compliance, the contract paperwork and the government invoicing, and we pay you under a written subcontract on terms agreed up front. We manage and are accountable to the government; you perform.
